Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement engaging activities for residents while supporting a vibrant volunteer program. You will help manage on-campus communications and collaborate with multiple departments to deliver meaningful experiences for seniors.

Ideal candidates have experience with senior adults, strong organizational and communication skills, and a track record of creating activities that align with resident

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years experience with senior adults.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to design and implement life enrichment activities.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with the resident services director to plan and facilitate social and recreational programs on campus.
• Lead structured individual and group activities and resident-led events.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle for off-campus events and enforce LifeConnect guidelines.
• Plan and escort off-campus educational outings and special events.
• Coordinate with Life Enrichment to recruit and manage campus volunteers.
