Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement a full life enrichment and volunteer program for residents. You will collaborate with the resident services director to create engaging activities, lead events, and maintain on-campus communications.

Required are a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in senior services. Preferred is an Associate’s degree, with strong communication, organization, and mentoring abilities to guide a

Qualifications

• Experience with senior adults and community programs.
• Strong communication, organizational and creative thinking required.
• Ability to design and implement life enrichment programs.
• Ability to train and mentor a team.
• Develop and schedule programs aligned with resident interests.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and facilitate social and recreational programs.
• Collaborate with resident services director for events and resident-led activities.
• Drive company vehicle for off-campus events when needed.
• Ensure programming aligns with LifeConnect philosophy and guidelines.
• Update MyCov Life app and assist marketing of programs.
• Escort and plan off-campus educational outings, performances, and events.
• Coordinate with departments to plan townhalls and resident council meetings.
• Plan and implement larger-scale events as needed.
• Update on-campus TV channel and other resident communications.
• Provide welcome and orientation for new residents and update care plans as needed.
