Job summary

Covenant Living & CovenantCare is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement a comprehensive life enrichment program and volunteer initiatives on campus. You will collaborate with the resident services director to develop social and recreational activities and support community outreach.

The role requires experience with seniors, strong communication, organization, and the ability to mentor a team.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred Associate’s Degree.
• Experience: 2+ Years.
• Experience working with senior adults.
• Ability to train and mentor a team.
• Develop and schedule life enrichment programs aligned with resident interests.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with resident services director in planning, implementing and facilitating social and recreational programs.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate structured individual and group activities and resident-led events.
• Drive company vehicle for off-campus events when necessary.
• Ensure programming aligns with LifeConnect philosophy and guidelines.
• Support marketing of programs and update MyCov Life app based on residents’ living levels.
