Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement social and recreational programs for residents. You will lead a campus-wide volunteer program, recruit and schedule volunteers, and coordinate off-campus outings in alignment with policy.

• Experience working with senior adults.

• Ability to design and implement life enrichment programs aligned with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement a full life enrichment program and volunteer program.
• Collaborate with resident services director to plan social and recreational activities.
• Coordinate off-campus events and escort as needed, ensuring safety and policy compliance.
• Develop and direct the volunteer program, including recruiting and scheduling volunteers.
• Update on-campus communications and newsletters; maintain TV channel accordingly.
• Stay current with trends in recreational programming for older adults.
