Job summary

Covenant Living of Keene is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and implement engaging activities for residents and coordinate volunteers. The role includes updating communications on campus and supporting resident-led events with creativity and teamwork.

Responsibilities include coordinating events with other departments, guiding the volunteer program, and assisting with off-campus outings while ensuring compliance with Covenant Living policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with senior adults.
• Strong communication, organization, creativity, problem solving and teamwork.
• Ability to train and mentor a team.
• Develop and schedule life enrichment programs in alignment with residents' interests.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, assist and implement life enrichment and volunteer programs.
• Coordinate with other departments for events and townhall meetings.
• Update on-campus communication and MyCov Life app as needed.
• Escort and plan off-campus events and maintain compliance with policies.
• Recruit, schedule and coordinate campus volunteers and direct the program.
