Job summary

Covenant Living seeks a dedicated Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and coordinate activities for senior residents. You will lead social and recreational programs, supervise volunteers, and help communicate with residents through on-campus channels and the MyCov Life app.

Experience with senior services, strong organizational skills, and the ability to mentor a team are essential. This is a full-time on-site role supporting Covenant Living campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with senior adults.
• Strong communication, organization, creativity, problem solving and teamwork skills.
• Design and implement programs compatible with state regulations.
• Ability to train and mentor a team.
• Develop and schedule life enrichment programs in alignment with patients interests.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement a full life enrichment program and volunteer program.
• Collaborate with resident services director on social and recreational activities.
• Drive company vehicle for off-campus events if needed.
• Update on-campus TV channel and internal communications.
• Support marketing of programs to residents and staff via the MyCov Life app.
• Coordinate with other departments for events and townhall meetings.
• Recruit, schedule and supervise campus volunteers.
