Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement a comprehensive activity and volunteer program for our campus community. You will work with a resident services director to design engaging social and recreational activities tailored to resident interests and needs.

You will also manage volunteer recruitment, scheduling, and on-site events, while ensuring programs align with life enrichment standards and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience working with senior adults.
• Strong communication, organization, creativity, problem solving and teamwork.
• Design and implement programs compatible with state regulations.
• Ability to train and mentor a team.
• Develop and schedule life enrichment programs aligned with resident interests.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the resident services director in planning and facilitating social and recreational programs on campus.
• Plan structured individual and group activities and resident-led events.
• May drive company vehicle for off-campus events and promote LifeConnect philosophy.
• Escort for off-campus educational outings and cultural events while following Covenant Living policies.
• Coordinate volunteer program including recruiting, scheduling and on-campus activities.
• Develop and direct the volunteer program for the campus.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan events such as townhall and resident council meetings.
• Plan and implement larger-scale events as needed.
• Update on-campus TV channel and other newsletters or information boards.
• Provide welcome/orientation for new residents and update care plans as needed.
