Zusammenfassung

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, coordinate, assist and implement a full life enrichment and volunteer program on campus. You’ll maintain on-campus communications and support activities for residents.

The role involves leading social and recreational programming, coordinating volunteers, and collaborating with multiple departments to deliver engaging events for older adults.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with senior adults.
• Strong communication, organization, creativity, problem solving and teamwork skills.
• Design and implement programs compatible with state regulations.
• Ability to train and mentor a team.
• Develop and schedule life enrichment programs in alignment with residents’ interests.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the resident services director in planning, implementing and facilitating social and recreational programs at the campus.
• Coordinate structured individual and group activities and resident-led events.
• Drive company vehicle for off-campus events when needed and ensure programming aligns with LifeConnect philosophy.
• Plan and escort off-campus events and ensure compliance with policy.
• Coordinate the resident and community volunteer program and recruit volunteers.
• Develop and direct the volunteer program with scheduling and coordination on campus.
• Coordinate events with other departments, including town halls and resident council meetings.
• Plan and implement larger-scale events periodically.
• Update on-campus TV channel and other resident communications.
• Edit newsletters as needed and stay current with trends in senior programming.
