Responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze, and adjudicate complex claims.
• Obtain and analyze medical records and financial documents.
• Initiate and monitor medical reviews and independent examinations.
• Correspond with policyholders, attorneys, facilities, and insurers.
• Collaborate with Legal and Medical/Underwriting for opinions.
• Assist with recoveries from reinsurance carriers.
• Provide comprehensive claims processing support.
