This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and investigation of claims of medium complexity. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience in handling claims, and will possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience handling workers’ compensation indemnity claims of medium complexity/severity.
• AIC or SLA certification preferred.
• Proficient computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agents, policyholders, and internal stakeholders on claims.
• Investigate losses and determine compensability.
• Establish and maintain proper reserves for each claim.
