Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years handling litigated and non-litigated bodily injury claims.
• Expertise in commercial general liability claims.
• Adjuster licensing preferred, especially for Texas and/or Florida.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigated and non-litigated commercial general liability claims.
• Ensure accurate and timely reserving.
• Evaluate coverage issues and risk transfer opportunities.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Formulate resolution strategies for claims.
