PwC is seeking a Life, Annuity & Group Benefits Operations Consultant Senior Associate to help modernize operations, technology, data, and operating models across the life, annuity, group benefits, and retirement value chain. You will analyze complex workstreams, guide junior team members, and deliver process improvements within our Advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience in life, annuity, group benefits or insurance consulting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze life, annuity, and group benefits operations to identify process gaps and opportunities for improved service delivery.
• Support client engagements by gathering requirements and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop process maps, operating models, and service delivery materials for policy administration, claims, and servicing.
• Coordinate data exchange, conversion, and reporting to improve data consistency and speed.
• Evaluate in-force book management and broker distribution processes for redesign and scalability.
• Apply business process modeling and analysis to support modernization across technology, data, and workflows.
• Prepare client-ready materials summarizing observations, recommendations, and progress.
• Review work products for accuracy and guide junior team members on tasks.
• Leverage customer insights to improve policyholder and distributor experiences.
