Job summary

PwC is seeking a Life, Annuity & Group Benefits Operations Consultant (Senior Associate) in the Advisory practice in New York. You will analyze complex workstreams, build client connections, and guide junior team members to deliver process optimization, data conversion, and platform implementation across the insurance value chain.

You will contribute to operating model design, business process improvement, data exchange, and analytics support while enhancing policyholder and distributor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience in life, annuity, or group benefits operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze life, annuity, and group benefits operations to identify process gaps and opportunities for improved service delivery.
• Support client engagements by gathering operational requirements and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop process maps, service delivery models, and operating model materials reflecting policy administration, claims, and servicing activities.
• Coordinate data exchange, conversion, and reporting to improve data consistency and execution speed.
• Mentor junior team members and guide task execution and issue resolution.
• Support policy administration, data exchange, and analytics while improving policyholder and distributor experiences.
