Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3 years business experience and advanced knowledge in claims and litigation.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills demonstrated in complex claims.

Responsibilities

• Directly handles assigned severe claims.
• Provides quality customer service and ensures file quality and timely coverage analysis and communication with insured based on policy information.
• Investigates claims through interviews with policyholders, claimants, and relevant parties to determine liability, damages, and contribution.
