Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a claims professional to investigate, evaluate, reserve, negotiate and resolve General Liability Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims with minimal supervision. You will provide quality claim handling throughout the lifecycle, ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree, 2+ years BI claim handling or litigation experience, and strong negotiation and analytical skills to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years bodily injury liability claim handling experience or comparable litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of coverage, contract interpretation and liability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Directly handle assigned severe claims and ensure timely coverage analysis.
• Communicate with insureds, claimants and other stakeholders to obtain statements and information.
• Coordinate with claim coverage counsel and vendors as needed to manage claim resolution.
