Job summary

Davies North America is seeking an experienced Senior Liability Claims Adjuster to investigate and resolve complex liability claims across commercial lines. The role requires thorough analysis of coverage, liability, and damages, with close coordination with clients, defense counsel, and carriers to manage reserves and settlements.

The ideal candidate will have a Florida All-Lines license, 5+ years of liability claims experience, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Florida All-Lines Adjuster license.
• Minimum five years handling liability claims and subrogation.
• Experience with general, auto, and professional liability claims.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prompt investigations of liability claims and establish facts.
• Analyze exposures and determine settlements in a cost-effective manner.
• Interact with defense attorneys, clients, and carriers as needed.
• Prepare for mediations, arbitrations, and trials with supporting documentation.
