Job summary

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, seeks a Senior Manager of Lending Operations at Grove Creek Service Center to lead loan documentation, closing, servicing, construction draws, and related operational processes.

You will drive improvements, oversee audits and remediation, and develop staff while partnering with leadership across compliance, credit, retail, and other bank departments to ensure accurate workflows and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Lending Operations or similar bank function.
• Ability to develop staff and manage performance.
• Strong coordination across multiple departments and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Lending Operations functions including loan documentation, closing, servicing, construction draw, and related activities.
• Provides day-to-day leadership to managers and staff; resolves escalated issues and prioritizes work.
• Coordinates with lending leadership, compliance, credit, retail and other departments to maintain sound processes and implement updates.
• Supports internal/external audit responses, regulatory reviews, and remediation activities.
• Monitors performance, service levels, quality trends, and workload; proposes efficiency improvements.
• Maintains employee files, conducts performance reviews, onboarding, and escalated personnel matters; approves PTO for reports.
• Manages direct reports to maximize productivity, coaching, training, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintains awareness of regulatory requirements and bank policies relevant to Lending Operations.
• Supports regulatory reporting and lending compliance responsibilities as assigned.
• Completes required bank training; seeks clarification when needed.
