Qualifications

• Up to six months of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Must be computer literate and have a basic knowledge of office equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure submitted draw requests are complete and approvals are met for funding.
• Process construction loan draws for payment.
• Balance loans and post/process payments.
• Assist in re-issuing construction draw payments.
• Create new construction payees.
• Provide back-up to Construction Draw Team.
