Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or finance, or five+ years of relevant banking experience; recent senior management background preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to guide staff and plan strategically.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements governing financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize sales and daily operations at the location, including new accounts and customer service.
• Lead, coach, and train staff; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Develop goals to balance customer service with long-term profitability and deposit growth.
