Qualifications

Five to ten years of similar or related experience.
Education equivalent to a college degree.
Strong computer, analytical, communication, and managerial skills.
Experience analyzing business financial statements and assessing risk.
Fundamental knowledge of bank products, lending law and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Originate and manage a portfolio of $15-20 million or higher with the objective of growth, maintaining asset quality, and generating stable income for the bank.
Establish a lending portfolio with an emphasis in Commercial Real Estate, and Commercial Construction loans.
Generate new loan applications, and effectively underwrite these loan requests in coordination with the lending team.
Develop new lending, and deposit business relationships for the bank.
Effectively maintain and expand existing business relationships.
