You will lead the loan assistant team, ensure accurate loan documentation, and uphold regulatory compliance while delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, monitoring productivity, coordinating audits, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• A two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial lending practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to regularly attend work on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the loan assistant team with training and guidance.
