Job summary

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is seeking a Full-time Portfolio Manager III at our Riverton branch to lead credit analysis and portfolio management for commercial lending. The role involves overseeing a multi-million dollar loan portfolio, underwriting complex credits, and ensuring timely financial reporting.

You will work directly with clients, monitor covenants, and contribute to maintaining excellent credit quality while guiding loan structures and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• A college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee a complex loan portfolio over $92mm in loans outstanding.
• Monitor and ensure optimal portfolio quality and timely reporting.
• Analyze business and personal tax returns and financial statements for underwriting.
• Assess credit worthiness of individuals, companies, and institutions.
• Provide informed credit opinions and loan structures to support lending.
• Communicate with lending teams and customers within one business day.
• Adhere to loan policy during underwriting and discussions.
