Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in Credit Administration or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Knowledge of commercial credit-related discipline with experience with a variety of lending products and segments.
• Ability to problem-solve independently, adapt to changing priorities, act with urgency, and deliver across projects, along with analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern day-to-day execution of Lending Administration workflow, ensuring outputs meet policy, regulatory, and quality requirements; formal review/approval where required.
• Oversee reporting and analytics for workflow performance; use insights to improve throughput and consistency.
• Lead process controls and governance, documentation standards, evidence retention, and SOX/testing support; respond to audits.
• Partner with Lending, Credit, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to resolve issues and implement improvements; train the team.
• May lead and develop a dedicated program or framework to operate.
