Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Lending Administration Manager in Chandler, AZ. The role leads the Lending Administration team to govern established processes, coordinate across Lending groups, and ensure compliant, efficient operations in Central Lending.

The position requires building and reviewing governance, with a focus on depth of credit operations and policy adherence. You will partner with Lending, Credit, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to resolve issues, drive improvements,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in Credit Administration or similar field.
• Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and related services.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial credit with experience across lending products and segments.
• Ability to problem-solve independently, adapt to changing priorities, act with urgency, and deliver across projects, with strong analytical and collaborative skills.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern day-to-day execution of Lending Administration workflow, ensuring outputs meet policy, regulatory, and quality requirements; provide formal review/approval and escalation as needed.
• Oversee reporting and analytics for workflow performance; use insights to manage priorities, improve throughput, and drive consistent execution.
• Lead in ensuring process controls and governance expectations are embedded and operating effectively; coordinate responses to audits and inquiries.
• Partner with Lending, Credit, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to resolve issues and implement procedural/tooling changes; drive process improvements and training.
• May lead and develop a dedicated program or framework to operate.
