You will govern the execution of established processes, coordinate across lending teams, and guide others in procedural workflows to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

The role requires 7+ years in Credit Administration, a related bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in Credit Administration or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Knowledge of general banking operations and lending products.
• Familiarity with regulatory obligations and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern day-to-day execution of Lending Administration workflow ensuring policy and quality compliance.
• Oversee reporting and analytics for workflow performance and drive improvements.
• Embed process controls and governance, support SOX controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with Lending, Credit, Operations, Compliance, and Tech to resolve issues and implement changes.
• May lead and develop dedicated programs or frameworks within Central Lending operations.
