• 7+ years in Credit Administration or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of general banking operations and compliance obligations.
• Experience with commercial lending products and segments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern day-to-day execution of Lending Administration workflow to meet policy and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee reporting and analytics for workflow performance and drive improvements.
• Embed process controls, documentation standards, and SOX testing support.
• Coordinate with Lending, Credit, Operations, Compliance and Technology to resolve issues.
• May lead a dedicated program or framework to operate.
