Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in Credit Administration or a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Knowledge of general banking operations, credit, and compliance regulations.
• Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing priorities, and lead initiatives across projects.

Responsibilities

• Govern day-to-day execution of Lending Administration workflow, ensuring outputs meet policy, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Oversee reporting and analytics for workflow performance (capacity, service levels, exceptions, quality).
• Lead in ensuring process controls and governance expectations are embedded and operating effectively.
• Partner with Lending, Credit, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to resolve systemic issues and drive improvements.
• May lead and develop a dedicated program and/or framework to operate.
