Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in Credit Administration or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Knowledge of general banking operations including loan administration and treasury management.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
• Knowledge of commercial credit disciplines with various lending products.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Govern day-to-day execution of Lending Administration workflow ensuring outputs meet policy, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Oversee reporting and analytics for workflow performance; use insights to improve throughput.
• Lead governance, documentation standards, and audit responses for team scope.
• Collaborate with Lending, Credit, Operations, Compliance, and Tech to resolve issues and implement tooling changes.
• May lead and develop a dedicated program or framework to operate.
