Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation is seeking a Lending Administration Manager to lead the Lending Administration function in a fast-paced banking environment. You will govern processes, coordinate with Lending teams, and review others in governed execution of defined workflows to support Central Lending operations.

Applicants should bring 7+ years in Credit Administration, a related bachelor's degree, and advanced knowledge of banking operations and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Credit Administration or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• Solid knowledge of general banking operations and lending products.
• Familiarity with regulatory obligations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Govern day-to-day execution of Lending Administration workflow to meet policy, regulatory and quality requirements.
• Oversee reporting and analytics for workflow performance and drive throughput improvements.
• Embed process controls, documentation standards and evidence retention; support SOX testing.
• Partner with Lending, Credit, Operations, Compliance and Technology to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• May lead a dedicated program or framework for operating initiatives.
