Western Alliance Bank in Costa Mesa, CA is hiring a Lending Administration Manager to lead and govern the day-to-day Lending Administration workflow, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance across teams.

The role requires 7+ years in Credit Administration, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will drive process improvements and may lead a dedicated program with cross-functional partners.

Competenze

• 7+ years in Credit Administration or a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of general banking operations, loan administration, treasury management, and related services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and legal compliance obligations and industry standards.

Mansioni

• Govern day-to-day execution of Lending Administration workflow, ensuring policy, regulatory and quality compliance; provide formal review/approval where required.
• Oversee reporting and analytics for workflow performance; use insights to prioritize and improve throughput.
• Lead governance and documentation controls, evidence retention, and SOX/testing support; coordinate audit responses for the team's scope.
• Collaborate with Lending, Credit, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to resolve issues and drive process/tooling improvements; ensure training and adherence.
• May lead and develop a dedicated program or framework to operate.
