Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation is seeking a Lending Administration Manager to oversee the Lending Administration Department, govern processes, and coordinate across Lending teams for efficient operation of lending and credit functions.

You will review others, lead defined workstreams, and partner with Compliance, Operations, and Technology to implement improvements while maintaining policy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Credit Administration or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Knowledge of general banking operations and regulatory obligations.
• Experience with a variety of lending products and credit disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Govern day-to-day execution of Lending Administration workflow; ensure outputs meet policy, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Oversee reporting and analytics for workflow performance; use insights to improve throughput.
• Lead governance, documentation, evidence retention, and SOX testing support; coordinate audit responses.
• Collaborate with Lending, Credit, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to resolve issues and adopt process improvements.
• May lead and develop a dedicated program or framework to operate.
