Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Manager to optimize contract lifecycle, e-billing, and AI-driven processes across Legal and cross-functional teams. You will lead knowledge management, risk control, and data-driven reporting to executives.

The role reports to the Director of Legal Operations and involves partnering with Finance, IT, and Security to scale AI capabilities while maintaining governance and compliance in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in legal operations, business/program operations, or a related function.
• Hands-on experience administering Ironclad (CLM), SimpleLegal/Unity (matter management and e-billing).
• Significant experience using and deploying generative AI tools to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central program management partner across Legal department initiatives.
• Manage contract lifecycle workflows and AI-enabled processes across teams.
• Develop knowledge management systems and playbooks for the legal team.
