Datadog is seeking an experienced Legal Operations Manager to scale and automate how our global legal team operates, including adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows. This role partners with stakeholders across engineering, product, and marketing to drive process improvements while maintaining data security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in contract, program, or project management within SaaS or tech.
• Experience shaping legal operations and cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve legal processes end-to-end with cross-functional owners.
• Liaise with technical teams to implement solutions and integrate systems.
• Create and manage SOPs and lead cross-functional projects.
• Use data and AI insights to forecast, plan and report to leadership.
• Champion new systems and AI capabilities across the legal team.
• Support outside counsel operations and flexible shared-services approach.
