Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Manager, Legal Operations to lead evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled legal tech (CLM, e-billing, Company Front Door, Legal Chatbot). You will own a year-long roadmap and create BRDs and SOPs with IT, Legal, and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in global Legal Operations with AI/ CLM redesign and privacy systems.
Proven PM experience leading cross-functional programs using Agile methods.
Deep expertise in change management and adoption of new legal tools.

Responsibilities

Lead evaluation and implementation of AI/legal tech solutions (CLM, e-billing, Front Door, Legal Chatbot).
Manage year-long legal tech roadmap and create BRDs/SOPs with IT and Legal stakeholders.
Coordinate with IT, InfoSec, Procurement, and Finance for enterprise alignment.
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs using Tableau and GCP for visibility into contracts and spend.
Oversee budgeting, renewals, and subscriptions for legal tech and education.
