United States Digital Space LLC is scaling its Legal Engineering function and seeking a manager to lead high-performing Legal Engineers. You will partner with Account Executives, shape go-to-market strategy, and ensure legal credibility and product alignment with customer needs.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, requiring a qualified lawyer with litigation and regulatory experience and a track record of building talent in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

Licensed lawyer with 7+ PQE in litigation, investigations, or regulatory work.
Experience managing a team and developing talent.
Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools.
Strong understanding of litigation workflows and case management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strategic, customer-facing and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineers with a strong bar for customer engagement and impact.
Support strategic accounts with deal strategy and successful outcomes.
Oversee discovery, product demonstrations, and advise on litigation, investigations, regulatory, and compliance workflows.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across law firms and legal departments.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement to improve workflows and GTM strategy.
Synthesize frontline feedback to inform product roadmap and new use cases.
Scale the Legal Engineering organization by improving processes and enablement materials.
Contribute to market presence through customer workshops, thought leadership, and events.
