Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist to provide direct hands-on support within a legal office environment.

You will handle copy, scanning, mailing, records, conference room setup, and light facilities tasks while maintaining professionalism with senior attorneys and clients. The role reports to Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager and requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the legal industry preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer experience through strong service and communication skills.
• May require a valid driver’s license with no violations and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on support in a legal office environment, including copy, production, scanning, fax, mail and shipping, records support, and conference room setup.
• Interacts with executive-level attorneys and staff, delivering professional, timely service and meeting deadlines.
• Operates copier equipment, fax services, postage meters, and related workflow tools; documents and tracks work.
• Maintains billing logs, logs for tracking and inventory, and coordinates off-site project support as needed.
• Performs duties with confidentiality and flexibility, including possible overtime or after-hours support.
