Ricoh USA, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Legal Onsite Service Specialist to provide on-site legal office support including copy, scanning, filing, and conference room coordination.

You will interact with senior attorneys and staff, handle confidential documents, and ensure timely delivery of services. Responsibilities include charging back work to clients, operating high-volume copiers, managing mail and shipping, and maintaining logs and billing records.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in the legal industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license may be required with clean record.

Responsabilidades

• Chargeback to firm and/or clients for work, supplies, hours, and services.
• Operate copier equipment, fax, postage meters, and PCs.
• Maintain billing logs and inventory records.
• Assist with scheduling and conference room setup.
• Handle confidential documents with care.
