Job summary

Williams Lea by RRD in New York is seeking an experienced Lead Document Production Associate to deliver high-volume, error-free document production and client service.

You will handle edits, conversions, formatting, and troubleshooting of production software/hardware, supervise a team, train staff, and ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. The role operates on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; substitution allowed with years of experience.
• Minimum of 6 years office experience or document production experience.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) certification desired.
• Experience with transcription of audio/file formats is a plus.
• Advanced software/hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Supervisory experience; 1+ years preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Intake work requests from the client; clarify instructions and deadlines.
• Produce high-quality documents with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Assist and train junior staff; maintain production quality.
• Lead regular production and staff meetings.
• Maintain capacity and ensure client satisfaction.
