Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly in writing and in person.
• Knowledge of collections regulations and procedures.
• Experience locating and contacting delinquent borrowers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Locate and notify members with delinquent accounts and arrange repayment plans.
• Contact members by phone, mail, or email.
• Follow skip tracing procedures to obtain information.
• Identify seriously delinquent accounts and take corrective actions with leadership.
• File replevins or lawsuits as approved to recover assets.
• Adjust member credit bureau as loans are paid off.
• Coordinate with attorneys and third‑party collection agencies.
• Enter collection activities and status in core system (Temenos).
• Resolve payment history disputes and respond to staff questions.
• Support monthly reporting and act as backup for department roles.
