Communication Federal Credit Union in Oklahoma City seeks a Credit/Collections Specialist to contact members with semi-delinquent accounts, arrange payments and promises to pay, and coordinate with leadership for disposition when needed.

You will identify problematic accounts, pursue corrective action, manage a dedicated call queue, and assist with insurance payoff questions and CPI issues; strong communication, math, and detail orientation are essential.

Formación

• Professional communication and written skills.
• Knowledge of collection regulations and ability to interpret loan documents.
• Intermediate mathematical abilities (percentages, fractions, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management and organization; adaptable to workflow changes.

Responsabilidades

• Locate and notify members with semi-delinquent accounts and arrange payments or promises to pay.
• Identify problematic accounts and proceed with corrective action; coordinate with leadership for disposition if repossession is needed.
• Manage call queue (e.g., 25 calls/hour) toward timely resolution.
• Assist members with insurance payoff questions, CPI questions, and loan deficiency refinancings.
