Responsibilities

• Perform collection activities for delinquent member accounts.
• Contact members via phone, email, text, and other methods to resolve delinquencies.
• Utilize dunning strategies, skip tracing, extensions, consolidations, garnishments, and other methods to minimize losses.
• Document all collection activity accurately and maintain the Credit Union’s professional image.
