Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement of enterprise AI across a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives on responsible AI usage.

The role focuses on practical workflow adoption for Harvey and other foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok), with emphasis on governance, prompt engineering, and high-touch client training

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience training on Harvey AI or in a law firm as AI/legal tech consultant.
• Deep practical understanding of generative AI mechanics: prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in Absorb LMS or similar LMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives, tailoring learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and administrative staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training sessions focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity use cases.
• Publish digital learning modules within the firm's Learning Management System (Absorb LMS).
• Spearhead rollout, user adoption, and training for Harvey AI and other platforms.
• Coach on prompt engineering, context window awareness, and token management for foundation models.
• Establish SOPs and best-practice frameworks for using AI in legal research, drafting, and analysis.
• Track training attendance, platform usage, and feedback to refine education strategies.
