Job summary

Relativity is hiring a Legal AI Advisor to help lawyers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience for lawyers.

You will report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and work across the customer lifecycle to drive adoption of AI at scale. JD and Bar admission are required, with 7+ years of experience in law and strong client‑facing skills.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission required.
• 7+ years of legal practice experience.
• Ability to engage both legal and executive audiences.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools such as Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users to understand workflows and pain points.
• Lead discovery, product demonstrations, and solution alignment with Pre‑Sales and Account Executives.
• Onboard and train customers to drive sustained usage and adoption of Relativity AI tools.
• Provide feedback to product teams on user needs and adoption barriers.
