Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is seeking a Legal AI Advisor (JD, Bar) to help customers understand and adopt Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our new conversational AI experience purpose-built for lawyers.

You will report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and work remotely across the US, focusing on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale and translating complex workflows into practical AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission are required.
10+ years of legal practice at a law firm or in-house.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships with law firms and corporate legal teams.
Support pre-sales discovery, positioning, and solution alignment with account teams.
Lead tailored product demonstrations connecting Relativity AI capabilities to real legal use cases.
Guide post-sales onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive adoption.
Bridge legal workflows with AI capabilities and provide feedback to product teams.
