Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is seeking a Legal AI Advisor (JD, 10+ years) to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our new conversational AI experience for lawyers.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, you will work across the full customer lifecycle to drive lawyer adoption at scale, translate complex workflows into practical AI solutions, and collect feedback to improve products.

Qualifications

JD and bar admission required.
10+ years practicing law and/or in-house litigation experience.
Strong understanding of legal workflows.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with legal and executive audiences.
Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives for discovery and demos.
Lead tailored product demonstrations connecting AI to real use cases.
Guide post-sale adoption and value realization with onboarding and training.
Translate customer feedback into product improvements and scalable assets.
