Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, seeks a Legal AI Advisor to guide clients in adopting RelativityOne and claiR. You will blend deep legal practice with AI insights to transform workflows and outcomes.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Legal AI Consulting and focuses on driving adoption, credibility, and value realization across the customer lifecycle, with remote work options.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
• Client advisory, legal tech, or business development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms and corporate legal teams.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that connect Relativity’s AI capabilities to real legal use cases.
• Bridge legal and technical workflows and knowledge to enable AI adoption.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive adoption and growth.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption translates into measurable impact.
