Fujifilm is hiring an Leave of Absence Manager who will oversee all leaves of absence, accommodations, and related compliance across the organization. This role partners with HR, Legal, payroll, and vendors to ensure timely, compliant processing and optimal employee experience.

The position emphasizes data-driven decisions, policy updates, and enterprise-wide consistency while addressing multi-state requirements. Remote-friendly US-based role with strong leadership expectations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• 10+ years of progressive benefits experience, including at least 7 years in leave management, leave administration, and HR operations.
• Deep expertise in federal and state disability and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.)
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to train management on absence management policies.
• Proficiency with HR management platforms and leave case management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Administration: Design scalable leave processes and compliance controls.
• Vendor & Team Oversight: Manage leave analysts and third-party admins.
• Policy Administration: Manage end-to-end leave processes (medical, family, military, personal).
• Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to FMLA/ADA and related regs.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Use reporting to monitor trends and improve programs.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, legality teams to ensure seamless processing.
