Job summary

Driven Brands is seeking a Leave Specialist to administer and manage leave programs across the United States and Canada, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and related regulations.

You will handle the full leave process, advise managers, maintain records, and collaborate with HR partners, payroll, and legal to deliver accurate support. Experience with ServiceNow and Workday is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FMLA/leave regulations and ADA/ACA laws.
• 5+ years of HR experience managing centralized leaves and accommodations.
• Certification or training in FMLA/leave administration is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow Leave Management and Workday HRIS.
• Experience in a geographically dispersed org with 5k+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage leave administration from initial notice through return to work.
• Advise managers and employees on interactions with PTO, workers' comp, and disability benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of leave requests and documentation per legal requirements.
• Collaborate with HR partners, payroll and legal to deliver timely support.
• Lead ADA/ACA accommodation requests and oversee interactive process.
