You will apply deep knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, WC and state laws, ensuring compliant, confidential handling and coordinated accommodations with employees, HR, and clients.

• Experience with leave management systems and reporting.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot system issues and assist clients and employees.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or AbsenceSoft preferred.

• Oversee leave cases from initiation to return-to-work.
• Verify FMLA/ADA eligibility and coordinate state leaves.
• Draft official correspondence and maintain confidential documentation.
• Maintain communications with employees, HR, and clients.
• Generate reports and update CRM/case management systems.
