Job summary

Fujifilm is seeking an experienced Leave of Absence Manager to oversee the administration of all leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA and state laws across our US operations. You will lead a team, manage third-party vendors, and drive process improvements.

This role partners with Payroll, Benefits and Legal, develops data reporting, and provides guidance to HR and leadership on complex regulatory cases while maintaining enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• 10+ years of progressive benefits experience, including at least 7 years in leave management and HR operations with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in federal and state disability and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.).
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and training abilities for management on absence policies.
• Proficiency with HR management platforms and leave case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable leave processes and compliance controls for enterprise-wide consistency while accommodating regional needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of internal leave analysts and third-party administrators, monitoring performance and data integrity.
• Oversee end-to-end leave processes including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.).
• Serve as the subject matter expert on leave and reasonable accommodations, advising HR and leadership on complex cases.
• Review and update company leave and accommodation policies to reflect changes in laws and best practices.
• Conduct audits of leave and accommodation programs to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
• Develop and deliver enterprise training on leave and accommodation policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and legal teams to ensure seamless processing of leaves and benefits.
